When will my order ship?

Our products ship after 1-3 days after you placed the order. 

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. If you'd like to cancel your order after the items are sent, kindly wait for shipment to arrive. Once received, you can ship it back to us and we will fully refund you. 

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you after we receive the product back. However, the shipping cost will have to be paid by you.  

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards from any country including:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

Yes, if the item is to be returned or exchanged, then the shipping is to be paid by you. Other that, there is no extra handling or processing fees. 

Why my order won't go through?

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $4.99 for orders below $70.

How fast is the delivery time?

Delivery time is between 10 days to 15 days. 

Oops - I put the wrong shipping address. What should I do now?

If you need to update your address, send us an email at hello@therawlavender.com or reach out to us on Instagram within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.

Do I have to pay any import duties or taxes?

Prices on the site do not include customs taxes and duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
